Fertility boosting breakfast

Eating well, and knowing the best foods for your body is one step towards boosting your fertility and what better way to kick start your day than a breakfast full of nutrients and fertility boosting ingredients.


Here are some ingredients I’d recommend adding to your breakfast to give your body the extra vitamins and minerals it needs to help you fall pregnant.


Seeds:


Small but powerful. This magical superfood helps keep our organs running smoothly and working the way they should.


In terms of fertility, seeds can help increase the blood flow to women's reproductive organs, thus improving the likelihood of conceiving.


For a mega boost, combine the following three seeds and sprinkle over your breakfast:


  • Flax seeds

  • Sesame seeds

  • Sunflower seeds


My healthy breakfast recipe:

  • Go lactose-free, try coconut or almond yogurt

  • Add fruit rich in vitamin C. Try adding any of the following to your yogurt:

  • Nectarines

  • Pineapples

  • Kiwis

  • Apples

  • Red berries

  • Half a banana

  • 2 tablespoons of flax seeds

  • 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds

  • Sprinkle Ceylon Cinnamon over the top
